  We were given a delivery slot for a bed to be delivered by DHD, between 13.30 and 15.30 today { 13-05-17 }, received txt at 11.10 stating they were a few drops away, and would be here at 12.19, then another txt received ( wait for it ) !!! ? Exactly the same time as the first one, now saying there's a problem with the lorry, phoned the company to be told by the first person, the lorry had broken down, then spoke to the supervisor, (second person)??, that said lorry was involved in an accident, I have a severe spinal problem which is awaiting surgery, and no bed to sleep on, supervisor was very rude and patronising, and not at all sorry, and would not offer any solution to our predicament, even though it was their contractual obligation to fulfil their delivery
